Shipping

U.S. transit is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Costs appear at checkout; fulfillment origin varies. For a confirmed transit loss, we offer a no-cost replacement subject to availability or a refund for the lost items and associated original shipping charges, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible return requests have a 30-calendar-day window after delivery. Approved return refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. If a return is not required, the period begins at refund approval. Provider posting takes additional time. Preference-return postage is paid by the customer; original outbound shipping is not refunded unless required by law. No restocking fee applies. We cover the authorized error-related return and replacement shipping costs for confirmed store or fulfillment errors.
